Q. Which account number should I use,

     my old one or the one on the coupon?

A. Please use the number on the coupon to

     ensure our payment is posted properly.

 

Q. Do I have to send it to Phoenix

     or can I bring it to the office?

A. The key factor in the decision to switch to the

     lock box service was to better utilize staff time.      Therefore, it is preferred that payments be sent

     to the address that is printed on the coupon

     (CRHA, P.O. Box 52918, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2918).

Q. I already set up automatic, on-line payments through my bank.  Do I need to do anything?  

A. Please take a moment to review your account information to ensure that the 5 digit account

    number is used to reference your account for accurate posting of your payment.  While it is possible

    for the lock box service to cross reference your information, using the account number they have

    printed on your coupon will ensure the most efficient and timely posting of your payment.

 

Q. I made a payment but it didn't get posted to my account.  What do I do now?

A. Call the office at 746-1499.  Please have the reference number or check number provided by your bank

     and the date the payment was withdrawn from your account to assist staff with tracing your payment.
