Common Area Maintenance Update – Spring Season
The Caughlin Ranch Landscape Maintenance Seasonal Crew returned to work early-April and have been busy on-boarding in preparation for the upcoming tasks of the summer season. The spring flowers have been planted and the spring cleaning has begun! This includes cleaning up leaves and debris from the winter, getting the irrigation up and running, mowing, and getting ready to fertilize.
