The Caughlin Ranch Homeowners Association (CRHA) is pleased you have decided to make improvements to your property. To ensure the highest quality for Caughlin Ranch, prominent planners, architects, and engineers were employed to design the layout of the residential and nonresidential land uses, common areas, and other improvements around the natural and enhanced environments of this area. The Caughlin Ranch Homeowners Association wishes to extend the high standards of design with the architectural review of all exterior improvements by a committee comprised of design specialists; the Caughlin Ranch Architectural Control Committee (ACC). 

Caughlin Ranch architectural review is intended to assist you as well as protect the property values of the community. When reviewing your plans, the ACC members may make suggestions or require changes to your plans; all comments will reflect careful consideration by the members of the ACC. 

ACC meetings are generally held twice each month, with the exception of November and December due to Holidays or Events. Plans must be submitted no later than noon on the Monday prior to the meeting to be placed on Thursday’s agenda. If the plans require architectural review, your request may be delayed to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
